Product Info for NATURE WAX P-1
NATURE WAX P-1 is a blend of 100% pure natural waxes for hot roll application for producing a pull-up look on leather. One of the features of this product is that, unlike most natural waxes, it will not produce a spew like appearance on the surface of the leather after storage. This is a very important feature for shoes that might be stored in boxes for long periods of time.
NATURE WAX P-1 will give a dark effect on the surface of the leather and give a smooth, dry feel. When plated with a hot bright plate a very glossy look will be achieved.
NATURE WAX P-1 is recommended to be applied at approximately 8 – 14 grams per square foot on a hot roll coater or wax machine. After applying the wax, pass through a heated drying tunnel and pile overnight. The next day the leather can be plated or finiflexed if desired.
