UNITHANE 8120 NF is a soft, waterborne, NMP-free topcoat that can be used on almost any type of leather. Normal application is by either spray or by roll coater and a starting formulation would be 1:1 with water. UNITHANE 8120 NF gives a pleasant feel and has good adhesion and flexibility. UNITHANE 8120 NF can be cross-linked with external crosslinkers to improve physical properties if needed.
A starting formula for spray application is as follows (All parts by weight):
